Welcome to Precision Pilates

With nearly 20 years experience in Pilates, my fully certified and individually tailored training ensures that you are developing and learning in a fun environment. My aim is to help you feel healthier, fitter and great about being you.

My Classical Pilates classes are equal parts challenging and enjoyable. I teach Pilates Mat Levels 1 & 2 and I am a fully qualified Balanced Body Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel instructor. Precision Pilates is a fully equipped studio with Reformers, a Pilates Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and a Ladder Barrel.

All Precision Pilates classes take place at the spacious and airy dedicated Pilates Studio in the chic industrial setting in Waterford City.

Precision Pilates caters to all levels of experience. A wide variety of classes are on offer from complete novice to expert practitioner and classes cater to all levels of fitness.

At Precision Pilates I believe in keeping classes small to ensure quality, hands-on, attention.
